The Patchbox system is designed to achieve point repair without excavation on defective clay and
plastic pipes. |
|
Sizes of pipes that can be repaired range in diameter from 100 mm to 1200 mm, and from lengths of 600
mm to 1200 mm. (Other lengths are available.) |

The system is a convenient, money saving solution for pipe repairs. |
|
As the kit contains all the materials for a single repair, Patchbox is a cost effective alternative
to buying materials in bulk. |

The Patch Box pipe repair system is very quick and easy to apply, with repair times of below 25
minutes possible. |

| It works like this: |
• We insert the Packer into the polythene tubes and ensure
that both are securely fastened.
• Mix the resin and
coat both sides of the glass mat.
• Wrap the resin
impregnated glass mat around the Packer and secure.
• Position the Packer in the pipe at the point of repair and
inflate to the correct pressure.
• Attach the pressure
check gauge to the inflation hose or push rod and monitor the Packer pressure
whilst the patch is curing.
• Then once the resin has cured, we deflate the Packer and
remove it from the pipe. |
